Encounter Processing

Using our full software system allows for easy tracking and reporting. Peak PACE Solutions encounter processing services include:

  • Maintain PPS System for optimized capture of all encounters to support data reporting requirements
  • Train staff on encounter entry and reporting
  • The PACE organization staff are able to Enter Primary Care Physician (PCP) encounter data (Superbill or similar) into the PPS System. The Peak staff may manually enter into the Peak System on behalf of the PACE organization at an additional charge.
  • Provide the ability to track day center attendance
  • Provide the ability to track transportation and other discipline specific encounters
